Expansion of the North Facade

The space conditions in the Märchenhotel have been very tight for a long time. Therefore, the Märchenhotel is planning an annex on the north facade of the hotel.

In recent years, the number of our employees has doubled. With additional common and dressing rooms, we want to meet the increased space requirements and create modern premises for our team. At the same time, we are planning further attractions for our guests.

At the same time, the annex offers the opportunity to architecturally enhance the currently very high and aging north facade. The annex is intended to break up the existing facade line and make the overall appearance more attractive. We will relocate the existing go-kart track to the dip at the current location of the tennis court.

Modernization of the former Ice House

Our former ice house (formerly also called "Ochsen") has been serving as a stable for our llamas and goats for a long time. We want to provide the house with a new room layout and additional outdoor free-range areas so that ponies can also be accommodated there in the future.
